Scenehouse is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Kuaishou, Black Forest Labs, Alibaba, MiniMax, xAI or any other model maker. Model names belong to their owners; we give you access to their models through their official APIs.

Prices include tax. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days, see the refund policy.
The rules
what you can't make here
every prompt is checked by an automated moderation system before it reaches any model, and each model's own safety filters apply on top. breaking the rules gets your account suspended.
No adult or sexual content. Nothing explicit or sexually suggestive, in prompts or in reference images.
Nothing involving minors. Zero tolerance. Accounts are closed and reported.
No deepfakes or face swaps. Don't make images or video of real people without their consent, and don't impersonate anyone.
No hate, harassment or violence. No content that targets people or promotes harm.
Respect other people's work. Don't copy trademarks, logos or characters you don't have the rights to.
Nothing illegal. No fraud, scams, fake documents or anything else against the law.

Is this a subscription?
No. You buy credits once and use them whenever you want. Nothing renews and you're never charged again unless you buy more.
Do credits expire?
No. Your credits stay on your account until you use them.
What happens if a generation fails?
The credits for it go straight back to your balance, automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for unused credits within 14 days of buying them. Email us and we'll sort it out. Credits you've already spent on generations can't be refunded. Details are in the refund policy.
Who owns what I make?
You do. You can use your images and videos for personal and commercial projects, as long as you follow our rules and the model makers' terms.
Is my work private?
Yes. Your generations and uploads are only visible to you, and we don't use them to train any models.
